Self-checked for now. Automatic checking arrives with sign-in; until then, tick off each item under Check your work yourself.
Goal: Deploy a provided app to ComputeSphere on your own, built from source, configured, keeping its data, healthy and running.
You need Modules 1 to 7 done, your lab environment on a Pro, Team or Enterprise plan (for SphereStor), and about an hour.
Notes, a small note-taking app, needs to go live. Its source is in computesphere-samples/ship-it, and its README says what it needs to run. You get requirements, not steps: everything here, you've done before in this path.
The brief
Deploy it so that every check below is true. Use the console, csph, a manifest, a workflow, or any mix; the checks look at the result, not at how you got there.
Check your work
How it's checked
The checks run when you choose Submit, against what's running in your lab environment. You then see which passed. Fix any that failed and submit again; there's no limit on attempts.
Before you submit, test it yourself: open the URL, create a note, restart ship-it, and make sure the note is still there. A restart replaces the spherelet the same way a redeploy with changes does.
Doing it on your own
Use the lessons in this path, your notes, the ComputeSphere docs, csph --help and the app's README. Don't ask someone else to do it or copy another learner's setup; the point is knowing you can ship an app yourself.
